Cutie Pox: A rare disease dating back to the paleo-pony period, where cutie marks appear all over a pony’s body, forcing them to act out the talents associated with them. Very little is known about this disease.

The Four Humours: red blood, yellow choler, black melancholy and clear phlegm, the elemental fluids which govern human emotion - chiefly happiness, anger, sadness and emptiness. When one is out of balance with the others, its emotion becomes particularly incensed.

Heart’s Desire: A red flower scattered rarely across Equestria, at its most concentrated in the lea [lee-uh] at the Final Clearing, the place of all endings. Although a few petals can be used to rejuvenate or improve one’s talents, its extreme volatility and difficulty to cultivate keeps it out of the hooves of most gardeners.

The Seeds of Truth: An ancient zebra cure-all, capable of - [cutie mark appearing, pain] -c-capable of healing most diseases, which grows based on the truths told to it.
